🌏 Earth Day & STARMUS ⭐
There’s tonnes of fun things happening, so I’ll dive right into some exciting updates!
An Earth Day Sea & Space Celebration
I’m looking forward to speaking at the upcoming Earth Day Sea & Space Celebration hosted by SPACE for a Better World, Ocean Culture Life, and the Space for Art Foundation. The event will bring together leaders in science, art, and conservation to highlight the powerful connection between ocean and space exploration.
📍 Piccadilly Circus, London, United Kingdom
🗓️ April 22, 2025
🎟️ The public Sea & Space Exhibit is free!
STARMUS
Up next, I’ll be joining the STARMUS Festival in La Palma – a world-renowned gathering that celebrates science, music, and space.
🎵 I’ll be performing at the Sonic Universe concert on April 26.
👨🚀 On April 28, I’ll join “Meeting Space Heroes” at STARMUS Camp — connecting with the next generation and sharing how space might be closer than they think!
🎟️ STARMUS is free to attend!
Blue Origin NS-31
This past week marked a historic milestone with Blue Origin’s NS-31 — their first all-women spaceflight and only the second all-women spaceflight in history! I recently spoke about the Overview Effect, the importance of space exploration, and Blue Origin’s latest flight on The Briefing podcast:
Zero Gravity’s Anniversary
On a related note, tomorrow marks the one-year anniversary of my single and music video, Zero Gravity!
Thank you to everyone who’s watched, shared, and supported the project. I’m grateful for the response over the past year and excited for what’s coming next!
⏪ Australia House @ SXSW ⏪
If you missed this year’s Australia House at SXSW 2025, the full set of panels is now available to watch online!
The sessions featured global innovators, artists, and thought leaders discussing the intersection of technology, creativity, and the future of industry. I moderated the panel on Space: The Race to Commercialize the Final Frontier!
Thanks for being part of the journey – until next time!
Cheers,
Dr Chrispy aka Chris Boshuizen
