Today: Bandcamp Friday + STARMUS Highlights
It’s Bandcamp Friday today, which means Bandcamp is waiving their revenue share until midnight PDT. So 100% of what you spend on music or merch goes directly to the source, aka the artist or label.
Fun fact: Since 2020, over $130 million has gone directly to artists on Bandcamp through this initiative. Any artist you support today helps build that momentum and your participation is definitely seen!
STARMUS Recap
I recently wrapped up an incredible experience at the STARMUS Festival in La Palma, Spain!
I performed at the Sonic Universe concert alongside Jason Achilles and Kevin Kapler — and we shared the stage with some rock legends that night! Stay tuned for more from the show, and in the meantime, check out some of our band photos below, shot by 7Pixels:
I participated in the STARMUS InterScholar Camp and took part in the Space Heroes Meet & Greet alongside astronauts Kathryn Thornton, Pablo Álvarez, and Sara García (that’s us taking a selfie below). I also partnered with STARMUS and a local foundation to surprise one student with the opportunity to attend the International Astronautical Congress in Sydney this year!
